The reflection conversation plays an important role in the observation/teaching process. In this discussion, you will see Ms Amy, the teacher, and her principal, Ms Apryl immersed in an opportunity for BOTH to learn and grow through a focus on CELEBRATIONS/ CONCENTRATIONS of teaching and student learning. Student data/work samples are used to guide the discussion, along with notes on teaching practices. Feedback is timely, specific (based on data), descriptive, and aligned to specific priorities as defined by The Framework for Teaching Clusters or The Framework for Teaching Components and teacher’s interests.
